All Totally Hot garments are manufactured at our own premises using the highest quality fabrics and threads and all garments are carefully inspected before being shipped to customers.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly exchange it within 14 days of receipt of goods within Australia and 30 days for overseas customers.

 

Items must be unworn and in new condition with all tags attached (NO EXCEPTIONS).

How to make an exchange or return.

 

Please phone or email us first for a return reference number and quote this number and your original order number in a note detailing your reason for return and what replacement you would like.

We recommend you use a traceable postal method.  Postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item we will gladly replace it with the same item with no shipping charge.

We will gladly refund your money plus original shipping charges if a garment is faulty.

No custom made items will be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.
